Awareness is the first step for any change.  You can’t change what you don’t acknowledge or recognize.

Empowerment is power with, not power over. Empowerment allows us to become stronger, more confident, more whole.

Everything in life is done in relationship and in community.  If we want a better world, we need better relationships and better communities.
